There are no belts, no meaningless rituals, no set kata’s (forms) and no ridged techniques. Systema training covers all aspects of combat, against single or multiple attackers with and against any types of conventional or improvised weapons.
Students with all levels of experience train and grow together. Doors are open to anyone serious about learning this Warrior art. In class Systema practitioners gains confidence though understanding and learning key principles, acquiring knowledge that goes much further than simply to use in combat.
It is a holistic approach which seeks to make the practitioner a better individual (physically, emotionally and spiritually). Systema does not advocate the destruction of others, unless this is absolutely called for.
All classes at the Systema Warrior Schools in Johannesburg HQ, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town are conducted by certified Instructors, Assistant Instructors in accordance with original Systema standards, and under strict supervision from Systema HQ.
Systema has no limitations,
except moral ones.
